High-Performance Feller Buncher Saw Teeth
CIM Saw Teeth specializes in developing and manufacturing high-quality feller buncher saw teeth for logging professionals. Our products are designed to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime, ensuring your operations run seamlessly day after day.

Experience
Over 30 years experience manufacturing and developing feller buncher saw teeth for the worldwide market as the OEM for a leading forestry equipment manufacturer. We have made millions of precision-made saw teeth at our facility.

Innovation
Field test proven, patented designs. Our products are designed with operator input to outlast the competition even in the most demanding conditions.

Quality
Made in Canada with 100% Canadian and US steel & raw materials. We provide a high-quality product while supporting Canadian and US workers.
Products
We provide both hardened and carbide teeth to suit a variety of conditions and applications. Our wide-kerf saw teeth are compatible with most feller bunchers from leading manufacturers including Tigercat, Quadco, John Deere, Waratah, Timberpro, Weiler, CAT, Timberjack, Pro Pac and more.
We prioritize quality control and reliability, recognizing that poorly manufactured saw teeth can damage expensive saw blades, causing unnecessary and costly downtime. The tips on our carbide teeth are precision-fit to eliminate potential for abrasive material to “blow by” and damage the saw blade. All CIM Saw Teeth are precision machined to +/- .001” to ensure proper blade fit and provide perfect balance.
Our product line is designed with operator input to last longer in the field, even under the toughest conditions. Our hardened beaver-style teeth have a patented design that significantly increases their ability to withstand severe rock strikes without chipping. Extensive field tests in the most challenging conditions have proven that our designs are far more resilient to rock strikes than the most widely used beaver-style teeth on the market.
We currently offer wide-kerf teeth to fit blades that accept no shank (1”-14 Bolt), and long shank style teeth (1.233″Ø x 2″ long shank with 5/8”-18 Bolt). All of our teeth are designed to fit both OEM and aftermarket saw blades.

About CIM Saw Teeth
Founded in the 1970s, CIM initially focused on aerospace research and development. In 1988, CIM expanded to forestry equipment development, starting with saw teeth prototypes for Koehring Waterous. After Timberjack acquired Koehring Waterous in 1995, CIM became the OEM for quad-style felling teeth, providing hardened and carbide variants for both narrow and wide-kerf blades. For the past 25 years, CIM has been the OEM for one of the world’s leading forestry equipment manufacturers.
With over three decades of expertise in the development and production of saw teeth for felling heads, we have developed a refined, premium product line, branded as CIM Saw Teeth. All teeth in our portfolio are thoughtfully designed and extensively field tested to outperform the competition even in the toughest conditions.
Always manufactured in Canada with 100% US and Canadian materials.
